Wenatchee
Wenatchee is the largest city in North Central Washington. It sits right on the shores of the Columbia River, just south of where the Wenatchee River flows into it. Right across the river is East Wenatchee, a good sized city itself. The sign at the northern entrance to Wenatchee reads “Welcome to the Greater Wenatchee Area – The Apple Capital of the World”.
