The Chiwawa River is a little known gem of a river with some busy Class II-III water and, as your slideshow demonstrates, there are stretches where logs are a major concern.
It is a terrific run, however, if you know where to put-in, in small craft, like inflatable kayaks. The best time to raft it would be in May.
