Video: More Footage Of The Cascade Train Tunnel On Stevens Pass

A couple of weeks ago, we posted a video showing a train trip across the Cascades from Wenatchee to the west side of the state. Here is another find that shows a couple of trains heading through the incredible tunnel located on Stevens Pass.

The Cascade Tunnel burrows under the mountains and stretches for 7.8 miles. The speed limit inside the tunnel is 25 miles per hour and it is the longest railroad tunnel in the entire United States, even though it first opened way back in 1929.
