Douglas, WA sits on US Highway 2 just east of Waterville on the main route between Coulee City and the Columbia River. Another one of the “blink and you’ll miss it” towns of Eastern Washington, Douglas actually has an interesting history. The main buildings of the area are familiar to anyone who has traveled that section of road as they are all visible from the highway.
