Wenatchee Man In Custody Regarding Alaska Stabbing

A Wenatchee man, Shane Flemens, is in custody in Kodiak, Alaska regarding a stabbing incident on a fishing boat. Alaska State Troopers claim the incident was unprovoked. Follow the story here.
