Stop For A Picnic At Wenatchee River County Park

A nice place for a quick break on Highway 2 is Wenatchee River County Park near Monitor, Washington. Enjoy the shade as you watch the Wenatchee River flow on by.

There is also camping available for both RV and tent campers. Nearby is the small town of Monitor which is home to some great fast food at Tom, Dick, & Harry’s!

If you don’t want to pull off the road and head into Cashmere or Wenatchee and deal with the in-town streets and traffic, Wenatchee River County Park is just another option for a quick place to pop off the highway for a nice break.
