Built a couple of years ago, Wenatchee’s Rotary Park provides one of the few disc golf (or sometimes referred to as Frisbee golf) courses in the region. Nine holes in length, the course provides a nice opportunity for family bonding, outdoor actiivty, or settling a bet between friends.

What appeared to be a brush fire struck at around 6pm just north of Wenatchee in the Birch Mountain area. The last report from KPQ stated that there were no evacuations and that fire crews had begun to get it under control.

A nice little visit to Wells Dam, it isn’t the most famous dam we have here in North Central Washington, but it does have a bit unusual look to it with all the rigging on the top side.
