It was a gorgeous Wenatchee day today for the Keyes Fiber Youth Parade. The Youth Parade is traditionally the first Saturday of Apple Blossom and features mostly kid entries. So, most of the Wenatchee area lined Orondo Avenue and Mission Street and watched hundreds of smiley-faced children march by (assisted by some very commendable adults).
For the past couple of weeks, with people continuing the tradition of reserving their parade watching spots days in advance, the parade route has looked like this…
But, Saturday that all changed…
