Photos of Palisades, Washington Added

Thanks to a recent drive towards Moses Coulee, we now have updated the gallery with some photos of the Palisades area, including Douglas Creek. A beautiful area of North Central Washington framed in by the coulee walls and arid landscape. Some of the photos are below and some are in the Palisades Community gallery.

Douglas Creek flows both near and through Palisades, Washington providing the area with most of it’s natural water.

The little red Palisades Elementary School is a sight to see. Small town rural life at it’s best.

Much of the land remains undeveloped.

And just east of town alone on a hill above some houses rises this example of patriotism.

Palisades, Washington is a great area for a quick road trip if you like natural surroundings, rock formations, and a glimpse at rural life. Truly a beautiful area of North Central Washington.
